It’s not just the outdoors that makes Anchorage a great place to live. The city has its own fantastic culture as well. Here’s a look at some of the best attractions and experiences we could find in Anchorage.

Kincaid Grill

Kincaid Grill was opened by Al Levinsohn and his wife, Raine, in 2003. Together with Chef Drew Johnson, both highly-accomplished chefs have created an outstanding menu. From their amazing Kodiak scallops to their famous Angus beef medallions, their menu is reason alone to leave the lower 48. Beyond delicious food, Levinsohn aims for an excellent atmosphere and fantastic service. It’s no wonder Kincaid Grill has become one of the most popular restaurants in Anchorage over the years. If you’re in Anchorage, you have to try Kincaid Grill.

Tony Knowles Coastal Trail

The Tony Knowles Coastal Trail winds 11 miles along the coast from downtown to the chalet of Kincaid Park. As Anchorage’s most popular trail, the Tony Knowles Trail is one of the most beautiful trails in the nation. Enjoy hiking, biking and even skiing through the beautiful wilderness. Along the coast you can expect to find an amazing array of the Alaska wildlife from moose in the dense forests to beluga whales in the sweeping vistas. The trail is easily accessed and is safe for adventurers of all ages. It’s a great trip to take the whole family on to experience a one-of-a-kind adventure.
