Ephraim McDowell Regional Medical Center
The 222-bed Ephraim McDowell Regional Medical Center is at the core of Ephraim McDowell Health, a system that serves more than 119,000 residents from six counties in central Kentucky. Besides the medical center in Danville, Ephraim McDowell Health oversees facilities such as McDowell Wellness Center and a McDowell Place of Danville assisted living community.
Celebrating its 152nd anniversary in 2015, RR Donnelley is an industry leader in the printing and binding of magazines. The company's technologies enhance digital and print communications products, and the 900 employees at RR Donnelley pride themselves on quality and customer service.
More than 600 employees work at the American Greetings paper product packaging center in Danville. The company’s major greeting card lines are American Greetings, Carlton Cards, Gibson, Papyrus and Recycled Paper Greetings, and other paper product offerings include DesignWare party goods and Plus Mark boxed cards.
