Plus, you’ll be surrounded by people of all ages in Little Rock, which will keep you feeling young —  just 13 percent of the city’s 200,000 residents are over the age of 65.

When it comes to quality healthcare, Little Rock is home to University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences, an academic medical center and teaching hospital that provides state-of-the-art care for cancer, stroke, heart conditions and more.
